• What dates are available?

  We operate from early May until early June, and from the middle of August to the middle of October. We do not operate during the summer months, as we have our summer camp in session and cannot accept groups at that time.

• How many people can your facility accommodate?

  We can accommodate 850 guests, with a variety of lodging options to choose from.

• Where are you located?

  Trail’s End is located near the town of Honesdale, PA. We are 2 hours from New York City and 3 hours from Philadelphia. For guests flying to the area, the closest airports are Newark Airport (2 hours) and Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport (45 minutes).

• What activities do you provide?

  Trail’s End is recognized as one of the top summer camp facilities in the US.  As such, we have a wide range of activities including Outdoor Adventure, lake, tennis, flag football, basketball, golf range, pool, creativity center, and more. We have numerous customizable activities to enhance your guests’ experience.

• Do you provide alcohol?

  We do not provide alcohol, but we are more than happy to assist you with the purchasing of your alcohol and finding bartenders to hire for your event.

• Do you cater to dietary needs?

  Yes, we cater to most allergies and dietary needs.

• Can we bring in an outside caterer?

  While we have expert in-house chefs that can tailor to you and your guest needs, some hosts may choose to bring in an outside caterer. You are more than welcome to bring in your own caterer, however, a fee may apply. Learn more about our Dining & Catering options.

• What is the facility fee?

  We do not have a facility fee. Our pricing is per guest and varies based on the type of event. For specific questions about pricing for your event, please contact us.

• Do you provide linens?

  Bed linens and full towel service are available.

• What happens if it rains?

  In the event of inclement weather, we have plenty of both covered and indoor facilities. We will help you to build a program, prior to your arrival, in the unlikely event that it rains during your event.

• Do you provide medical care and where is the nearest hospital?

  While we don’t have on-site medical care, there is an urgent care facility that is a 10 minute drive and Wayne Memorial Hospital is a 15 minute drive.

• Is there internet access?

  Yes, we do have free wireless internet throughout our campus.

• Is there Audio Visual available?

  We can assist with your AV needs and have speakers, screens and microphones available at an additional cost.
